We did not want to leave there and would come back for sure, greatly enjoyed the hotel. The room directly in view of the bedroom. The staff were excellent, amicable. The location was good, not too far from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden.

The staff are easy going and excellent to cooperate with. the location is marvelous in a good area, near to Melbourne. Perfect for a girls weekend of shopping, a show, and enjoying the Melbourne food scene.

Clean, modern and stylish interiors, bright, well heated, great location, good directions on how to get there, access the room etc, good value.

Could update their TV and towels could be newer/fluffier

booking was easy, instructions were mostly very clear, room was quiet, modern and well priced. We would definitely stay there again.

the only issue was the instructions included details for parking, check-in etc. but they didn't tell us the check-out time.

The rooms were impressive and fabulous, with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. the location was great and incredible, with a tram station near the hotel. I had a pleasant view of the street from my window, and it was easy to walk to local supermarkets.

A Wonderful room in a great position. Very clean and comfortable, a touch of class, plenty of room to move. We will certainly stay again.

Reasonably quiet, very close to resturants & cafes, the beach is a short walk & many attractions nearby. It is very good value & would visit again.

The staff were very amiable and especially helpful. the location was convenient, close to tram stops, buses, cafes, bars.

We truly enjoyed rooms directly in view of the bedroom. That hotel was in a good location, to St Kilda beach. Had lunch/dinner at Babu Ji, which we found approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

The room is great value for money and well-appointed with a king size bed and a balcony. Staff is genuinely helpful. You can park your car on-site. The hotel boasts a central location close to trams.

The staff was easy going and cooperative. Our accommodation was set in a central location right by excellent restaurants and bars, Fitzroy Street St Kilda, and shops, cafes, restaurants and services.

Since the office is not manned throughout the day I as given easy understand instructions how to access the key which worked well. The room was spacious, clean, tidy and well decorated, with a large double bed and comfortable settee in addition to a small table and chairs plus desk to work from. The internet access worked well. Location was perfect being only a couple of minutes walk from many shops and restaurants with the beach less than 10 minutes walk away. Trams were also only a few minutes walk away.
